Welcome to the Chiswick Village website
From our own little corner of West London to our own little place on the web, the Chiswick Village W4 website is a place for the residents of Chiswick Village.
Our aim is simple: to provide a place on the internet where residents can keep up to date with the latest village news; somewhere to keep abreast of our current strategies; to provide a point of contact with those involved with the running of the Village and somewhere for you to have your say in our forum.
Use the menu to navigate your way around the site and don't forget to visit our forum.

Some of the feedback we have received:
"The Chiswick Village website is a great example of making the service charges available to the wider public not just of that block.
As a prospective buyer, agent etc could all view this information and make an informed decision about how the block is run, budgeted for and generally administered."

"This is an impressive website.
I am pleased to see that your year end service charge accounts include an Independent Accountants Report and that they have been prepared in accordance with best practice (TECH 03/11). This should give lessees and potential lessees/ buyers an added degree of assurance that the figures are credible. If Service Charge Accounts are to be made available to buyers then I think we need to educate them to expect this standard as a minimum requirement."
"An excellent website - a real asset to Chiswick Village. We have a large client looking at setting up an estate website at present and I am sure they could learn a lot from looking at this one."
