The CVRL Handbook is intended to provide guidance and support to leaseholders, lessees and residents of the Village on key issues that commonly arise.
It must be noted that while a physical copy of the Handbook is distributed yearly, this document is revised regularly, so that it is useful to refer to this online version, which contains the most up to date guidance.
Please be aware that where any contradiction exists between the Handbook and the Head Lease or sub-lease, the relevant least shall be considered to be the defining document.
